8/19/17 and Endgame

Just a brief update on the progress I've made so far and some things I've been thinking of about the last stages of the update.As things are, I'm 11 days away from the time I really want the next update out, and things are still unclear on whether I can get the full version out on time. As a general checklist for things I have left to do, I have 1 branch left of the main quest to make, 2 more characters to give full interactivity, at least a days worth of persona text left to write, 2 sidequests to make, finish implementing the quest log, and the other things I have planned to involve the no-name characters. I think if I really crunch my time I should be able to get this done, but it's hard to say. I recently decided to take out the floating name bars above the characters, since they were just too difficult to integrate with all of the other events and didn't serve much of a function. Even after all of this is done, there is the bug testing and balancing I have to do after that, but I may release a jankier version if I'm pushing the deadline.
The interaction I'll have from this point on with the patreon is minimal since I want to focus on the game. Wish me luck!
