I think you're right-this is Fina just wholly focusing on herself, even her own sister has had enough of her bullshit. And it's gonna come back to bite her in the tail. Even then, Takasa WILL be there, so like why would Fina turn down an opportunity to make googly eyes at him? Or even better than being selfish teenage stupid, maybe use this as a way to brown nose to the royal fam. Like I know Fina doesn't like being looked down on, but she isn't above bragging about herself either. Maybe use this as an opportunity to show yourself off a bit while respecting it being about Sarabi and Mufasa? I dunno but she is just making this so much harder for herself when she doesn't need to.

Hmmm is this banquet only for the Royal and betrothed family or will Ziras’ family be in 5 as well as nobles? If they are Fina might be shooting herself in the foot for not going because it will make her look bad :/
