Yea its the same Saud! He was a cub in Chosen One, rescued by Dani from Javed's wrath. He's an adult in Broken Crown!

I'm glad to see some Tsavo survived the massacre. I noticed the name of one Tsavo in Broken Crown was Saud. That wouldn't be the same Saud in Chosen One would it?
