HF Patch for RG v1.5 (mods up to 2024/02/09)
🕑 Added 2023-01-05 22:33:21 +0000 UTCAn unofficial patch for RoomGirl with fan-made English translations and essential mods. It will allow you to load all character cards and scenes and give you countless gameplay improvements while still keeping the original, uncluttered and clean feel of the game. All content is tested and fixed (or removed) as needed before each update, providing a stable platform for further modding. HF Patch can also repair many common issues, try it if you have issues.
HF Patch does not contain the full game, paid expansions or any other pirated content. You have to buy the game and expansions separately. Unfortunately there is no English/Steam release and the game is no longer being sold, so the only way to get it is to buy it second hand.
The base game (RoomGirl), and by extension this patch are not suitable for minors. If you are under 18 years old you can not use this patch. The base game and this patch contain only characters of age 18 or higher. The creator of this patch is not responsible for creations of its users and prohibits any unlawful use of this software.
Downloads
This download contains the entire HF Patch and can be used offline. You can use qBittorrent or a similar torrent client to open the magnet link. Old patch versions are available in direct download links.

Read before installing
- Before installing check this installation guide and FAQ.
- Move the game to a simple path like D:\Games\RG if there are any Japanese characters in its folder path. If you don't, mods and/or the game might break.
- If you have problems with installing the patch, check the solutions to common issues and the rest of the readme.
- If you need any further help check the wiki first, and if that doesn't help then ask in the #rg-help channel of the Illusion Soft discord server. The #help channel is the fastest way to get help, you can even search it for your issue to see if someone already answered it. There are also chat and card sharing channels on the server!
- The mod updater doesn't work yet since very few mods were created so far (also there is no zipmod/sideloader support).
- There is only one uncensor available so far. If you want to disable it you will have to install the patch again with the uncensor unchecked.

This changelog is only for the current version of HF Patch. To see changes made in previous versions of the patch, check the releases page on GitHub.

- RG.HideAllUI v2.3.2 (Hides all UI(hotkey:Space))
Both of the above are optional, make sure to select them when installing the patch if you want to use them!

- BepInExConfigManager v1.3 -> v18.0 (Can change plugin settings. Press F5 to open)
- KKManager v0.23 -> v1.0.0.0 (Manage and update mods, browse cards)

貼り付けされたリンクでダウンロートしたが動画再生を要求されたので広告だと思い再生すると５のウィルスに侵入されました。ゲームファイルに問題なければサイトの動画再生のせいです。Full patch v1.5→MediaFire サイトから動画再生要求されたので再生すぐにMcAfeeが反応しました。証拠残してないですよ。。。もうMcAfeeがウィルス排除したと思うので心配しないでください。

Video playback window and ads? What link did you go to exactly? There's no need to watch any ads to download the patch. Each mirror link goes straight to the download page. Did you confuse some banner ad with the download button? Edit: I just checked with adblock disabled and as expected I don't see any ads on my download links, I have no idea what you downloaded. Can you join the discord server and ask in the #help channel so that you can share screenshots?

Stupid question, but where can I Buy Room Girl? I'm not great with Forigen websites and don't wanna download a virus from a shady website. Since Illusion doesn't exist anymore and all that.

Check if mods are loading, you should get a config menu by pressing F5. Alternatively turn on log console in the launcher. Reboot your PC and reinstall the patch if they aren't loading, also check your internet connection.

Download the DLC from wherever you bought it from, extract it until you find the setup / setup_s folders, and copy contents of them into your game install (merge into abdata and other folders already present inside your game install, replace all files when asked). You can find more info on the wiki.

Sorry to respond that late, I tried your answer and installed the game in E:\Illusion\RoomGirl\, the issue about stuck is resolve but not the issue about the "Executable can't be located"

I can't reproduce any of these issues. Move the game to a simple path like D:\Games\RG. If that isn't enough, reinstall HF Patch afterwards.

Hello, sorry to disturb but i have a bug with the patch, when the game go day to night or night to day does not work, it stays on the first state and the evolution of the game is stuck. Plus I cannot access the game through InitSetting.exe, I always have to go to the manager > Start > RoomGirl. If I do not do that I have the error "Executable can't be located", but the first time I launched the game after install it has worked but after I do what I said before.

I also downloaded and tried the cracked version RG and PARADISE dlc, It was same, the game and studio won't start after installed HF patch 1.02.

Hello, I tried reinstall many time but same. HF Patch 1.2 for RG PARADISE didn't work, the game still won't start. (no install issue or error) game version 2.0.1, the basic RG and the Paradise DLC are digital version both bought at DMM, the game was work fine before install HF Patch 1.2. and the patch only work fine for orginal RG just not work after install PARADISE. the Studio can't open too

The patch install was no porblem, no error nothing, it just won't start the game after patch installed

I'm not very good at programming, but I learned on the internet that it is difficult to create a room girl mod. Thank you for making the mod possible! And personally I really hope that the ahegao mod will be added to realistic 3D as well. Thank you for always doing more than money!

At the moment there is no way to play RoomGirl VR. There might be an official VR mode in the future but nothing so far.

Anyone know how this runs on an RX 6700 XT? I know some games don't like AMD.
