I explained how to make lip-sync (kuchi-packu/口パク) in Japanese way.
Second a half of the video shows about Japanese timesheet.
Here is some materials I used on it.
This is basic Japanese 口パク
Body or Face will be A①
Mouths will be B①２③
Only B2 prone to be NAKAWARI douga
An example of 口パク
In Japanese anime production, we use just 3 sheets for mouth movement.
The reason why we can do it is because Japanese vowels are just 5 so these 3 mouth shapes are assigned to the vowels.
We sometimes use 5 sheets for expressing realistic mouth shapes. Like this.

very good streaming mochoko - san :) in wich case the realistic mouth is using ? Is it a choice from 演出 or a choice from the animator ?
