I think rather this to be able to express more over movements with characters. (For example STRECH & SQASH or TAKE) ←Japanese animator doesn't use these word. We call these techniques "つぶし/Tsubushi or Down & Up" maybe.
And I'm sorry there is no numbering of key frames on this shot ...
