If it's not too late, how about a pregnancy piece for Nia from Xenoblade 2. It could potentially relate to her blade form with her being the lifesage

Hmmm, perhaps Alcina Dimitrescu from Resident Evil Village, starting with gulping down another intruder (maybe female) and still feeling a bit peckish, she goes down to her private wine area and lifts up a few barrels of wine and endlessly chugs them until she gets drunk and falls on the floor, her belly squirming, causing her to belch and slap her belly and resting on a sofa to rest it off
