Release: v0.1.0
🕑 Added 2017-12-05 23:11:24 +0000 UTCHello dear patrons, followers and visitors,
Version 0.1.0 (X-Mode Demo / Prologue) of Sexy Exile is finally done! Hooray!
It will be released free and publically on 15th of December and we just can't wait!
As always, certain patron tiers will get Early Acces, starting RIGHT NOW with $ 7 and above (I will send PMs out right after posting this)! We SO look forward to the feedback.
What it contains:
This is the complete Prologue of our game. It includes an intro sequence, two full stages of X-Mode Gameplay and another sequence to get the story going.
Compared to last Version (which was patron-only) there are quite a few more additions aside from the story sequences: A new score screen at the end of X-Mode which rates your performance with up to 5 stars and saves your personal high-score, a new peachy power-up that adds 10 to your running combo as well as lots of fixes and optimizations. Autopause when right-clicking or clicking outside of the game to avoid accidentally messing up, autosaving for volume settings, new optical effects for ice cubes and when the pressure is rising dangerously high, as well as more consistency in the playback of voice bits - to only name a few.
What it doesn't contain:
Sexy Exile will have two main modes: Date Mode and X-Mode. While X-Mode is now finally finished in a basic form that can be built upon as we go, Date Mode is yet to be properly developed. In the final version of the game, you will play Date Mode next after the Prologue. We still have to determine whether we'll work on later X-Mode encounters on the side to release them as stand-alones for our patrons or if we'll concentrate on building Date Mode as quickly as possible.
---
Let's hope that the public release will be a huge success and enable us to work as much as possible on Sexy Exile. I kind of neglected my other work stuff lately in order to get this demo out this quick ;D
Have lots of fun!
Your comments are greatly appreciated! =)
