It's up to you if you want to still have clients in the day when cops are sniffing around your rooms. Maybe you'll be able to explain if they find out some sexual activity while peeking on your rooms. Or even take advantage on them using the situation. Or spend some time behind the grates at the police station.

Cool idea. Maybe slaves could give some kind of "dirty money" that could not be used for example at the bank to repay the Loan and MC need to go to slums to wash money. :O
what about money laundering with money that you can and cant use for different things but all the laundering business would be way less profitable than the brothel business but would give you different avenues to recruit girls
