Daft Punk - Technologic (Drum Pattern No. 100)
🕑 Added 2023-09-07 09:07:01 +0000 UTCThis is my drum pattern transcription in the style of "Daft Punk - Technologic". Who needs more than 16 steps for an entire song? Not Daft Punk, that's for sure. This is the hypnotic, repetitive 808 pattern we all deserve. And who could forget the music video with the nightmare-inducing animatronic puppet?
With "Technologic" we celebrate the 100th drum pattern transcription we've released here on Patreon :) As you've seen in our last status update it will also be a part of our next video.

Hi Weltherrscher! It stands for "Middle Conga". At the top of the drum pattern transcription catalogue you can find a link to this https://www.patreon.com/posts/how-to-read-drum-55107426 - everything is explained in there :) But that is a very good suggestion, we will probably include some abbreviations in the DM101 book as well so you don't have to open two documents.

For Newbies like me: For your next update of the 101 please add information on what the abbreviations are for. Some I understand, others I don't. OH = open hat, etc. I can't figure out for what MC stands?

Awesome! This is one of my absolute favorite songs by Daft Punk. I have an early meeting at work that I cannot miss or I would be tapping this in on my TR-08 instead of typing this. Good to see you in the Roast of Bad Gear as well.
