I will not comment on predictions or theories. All I'll say is that you're not applying an inappropriate level of analysis to the information being shown to you, and linguistic drift is a subtle but considered element of this story.

Tarmandan

Ominous. Just the parallels to the witch, who, out of kindness ultimately became what can only be called a tyrant, for what is more tyrannical than taking free will away. Especially if we consider the original, non-judgemental meaning of the original greek which as far as I understood it just means absolute ruler, making the origin of tyranny just another word for absolutism. And no rule is more absolute than one where no free will is left, for without free will it is impossible to make the decision to even just attempt to disobey the rule. But then it is also indirectly implied that all dragons are tyrants. Now, it is both just Almon's perspective and it is not explicitely stated, so dragons might not in fact all be tyrants. Or the phrase might try to mislead by using tyrant here again in the old, pure meaning. They are talking in elvish after all and it has been previously stated that they are suffering linguistic drift, so using a real world example could have a deeper meaning here. Regardless, considering we know she will become a dragon in some way, taken at face value this has the very ominous implication that she will, at least briefly, become a tyrant. What makes this so ominous is that to be considered a tyrant you have to RULE over some kind of domain. Otherwise you might be considered many things, but without RULING you would never be considered a tyrant. However, even if this entire chain of interpretations, which I freely admit is quite farfetched in places, is true, the saving grace is that while dragons all seem to be tyrants, they are implied to not be the worst kinds of tyrants. And depending on how liberally the word is used here they could even just be considered tyrants because in their territories nobody dares to challenge them, making them absolute rulers, tyrants in the old meaning, but not necessarily tyrants in the new meaning.
