New MicroDroid! T3-DO (Teedo)
🕑 Added 2020-05-22 19:09:59 +0000 UTCAs a huge thank you to all ‘dedicated Patreons, there’s now 4 MicroDroid builds available, Teedo (T3-DO) the fab track droid based on DO concept art, the Micro Track droid, SU-MO1 (a Sumo inspired battling little fellow) and BR-US, Bruiser the boxing droid, switch in the neck so one well landed uppercut abc the power is out!

Any ideas to balance the head better? My poor droid keeps his head pointing down most of the time.

I printed this and having a problem with the legs. Is the LMainLegB supposed to be thicker than the LDriveWheel and LldlerWheel? It's creating a bow on the ends and not allowing me to put on the track tires. Any help is appreciated. Thank you
I printed the parts and recently started assembly. Looks good. I have a couple corrections for the instructions though. - The 625-ZZ bearing for the caster attachment isn't listed in the hardware/electronics list. So I missed it when I was sourcing my parts. (The 683-ZZ is listed twice with different quantities though, so maybe a typo?) - The caster axle says to use an M3x10 bolt, but that was way too short, I used an M3x16 and it seemed to work fine. That's all I have discovered. Fun build so far!

It’s a caster, check the BR-US instructions for details, very similar build. I will be adding instructions shortly.
How is the back wheel attached?
Is there a generic micro-droid instruction set for the electronics you use?

are there instructions (print recommendations and assembly) or is this one of those things that pretty self explanatory when you print it all out. I am thinking I will sneak pieces of this on the build plate of my R2 unit.
ahh lovely! I got the "art of rise of skywalker" book recently and loved the design concept builds. any plans on adding the big tracks as a mod? would love to have the whole gang standing next to each other. Anyway great job with the MicroDroids!
I think I'm going to have to start printing one if these guys up this weekend.
