SU-MO1, new MicroDroid (print in a weekend)
🕑 Added 2020-03-15 11:36:12 +0000 UTCFor all the dedicated patreons, another little thanks. Here's the latest Micro-Droid, SU-MO1, it's designed for 2 (or more) Droid Sumo matches. Features heavy lifting front bar, rotating dome and tank drive. Uses 3 x FS90R continuous servos for drive and dome with a MG92B (can get away with a MG90) for the lifting bar.
Just need 4 servos, battery (4.8V 4 cell 1200mah), RC receiver, 9 x 3x7x3 bearings and some M3 square nuts and bolts. Great first build to get used to RC or something to build with the kids.
Also added a solid wheel option, for those who struggle with flex.

any word on the battery? trying to make sure I don't order the wrong one, first try into the rc style side

I do not want to assume, but is this a no support type print like every other masterpiece you do? Looking a the body and just double checking lol

Just one issue, on the top frame , holes for the 2 rear screws are missing.
Does anyone have any suggestions on a good battery for this? I havent had to buy RC batteries in a long time and nothing I have is even close to this. (looking for brands that are decent Ive had bad luck with batteries before)
