Thank for sharing, great idea. I think mine was ABS, melted the first one as it was binding but the second gear has been on for over 12 months now.

I built some ventilated battery boxes because my drive gear melted after 30 minutes of heavy use. It was in PETG, now the gear is printed in Nylon. <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3072309" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3072309</a>
