New door test
🕑 Added 2018-04-03 07:49:00 +0000 UTC I’ve altered the door cuts, always bugged me on previously builds the number of pieces and warping. I’ve cut them the same as the side pockets and first tests look superb!! This is a half long door as my bed isn’t big enough for w full print but no support, no warping (ABS!) and look near perfect. Printing the other half but I think I’ll revise all the doors for this method.

I agree that less pieces are better. Can you remove the now unused internal filament guide holes? They increase print time and cause visible protrusions on the surface. I think this is due to my .5mm nozzle.
I think I might like this even more than how I’m printing the one piece versions. :o
