The father and son could be the dragon Drum and his father from Cardfight Buddyfight, or the gorilla Johnny and Big Daddy from the movie Sing, or they can be original characters of your design

The last page of your New Gym comic inspired this idea. Master Splinter from 2012 TMNT is captured by the alien Triceraton army. He tries to resist, but after being forced to sniff their musky jockstraps and armpits, he becomes addicted to their scent and becomes a big, buff himbo soldier for the Triceraton army.
