Yato's Wacky Adventure In The Past

It all happened a bit suddenly. I had defeated Touko Aozaki with my golem, and then suddenly a golden wolf appeared and crushed it completely. Now it stood atop of me, having clawed my stomach.
There's not much else to be said. I, a witch, managed to defeat a modern mage, and then I was defeated by this amazing being that was just a step or two behind a god. One could say this was a beautiful example of the power hierarchy that controlled this world.
The golden wolf grows. "Eh? You aren't in pain at all... You got some serious guts, lady!" His voice is strangely childish, as if belonging to a human who hasn't even gone through puberty already.
Perhaps he really is young for his kind. I still don't quite understand what he is, but without a doubt he is a mystic belonging to another era, one belonging to the Age of Gods. How did Touko Aozaki get her hand on something like this?
I suppose it doesn't matter. Even if I did figure it out, I'm obviously dead already. Now I can only hope Aoko finds some way out of this situation, because even her cannot destroy this beast in combat.
Touko smirks. "Impressed? I'm sure you are." Oh, so she wants to brag before killing me. How very like her. "I figured I couldn't surpass you, but... Well, there is nothing here Beo can't defeat. Recently we even clashed against a Dead Apostle Ancestor." That's...
I really am outclassed here then. I imagine she didn't kill the vampire, since I would have heard about such a thing, but even just fighting one is insanely impressive. A high-ranking Dead Apostle Ancestor can match a god, so I wasn't wrong with my earlier assessment.
The only things that can defeat this wolf in the modern era are either a Dead Apostle Ancestor, a Heretic God or a Campione. That is to say, I never had any chance from the very beginning, and Touko was just amusing herself with our short bout.
I close my eyes and accept the best death a witch could probably have asked for.
And I open them again once I hear a whimper.
It comes from a childish voice, that childish voice. Suddenly the wolf isn't on top of me, because he has been kicked away. The golden beast flies trough the air as if he was just some random dog.
The leg of who did it should be a mangled mess, it shouldn't even exist anymore. Kicking that wolf was like kicking a solid wall of steel... Or maybe even worse. There was probably no normal material on Earth to describe just how powerful even his fur was.
But the boy who did it seem absolutely fine, as if he didn't just kick a mountain away. "Hey, what the hell is happening here!?" He points at the wolf. "You better have a good excuse!" Indignation is clear on his face.
Silence, complete and utter silence. Obviously if a boy suddenly appears and kicks away such a powerful beast, everyone around him will be too stunned to speak. Just who is this man...?
The wolf steadies his feet as he gets up, bloodlust flows out of him in waves. "Now that's what I'm talking about!" It's all bravado.
Animals have better survival instincts than humans, and the same thing applies to magical beasts of course. So I can tell the wolf is shaken, because even with his confidence voice rumbling through the area, his body trembles.
The dogs that previously surrounded the park have begun running away. I don't even know why they were still here in the first place, but they won't stay to watch the clash between the blue-eyed boy and the golden wolf.
The boy's eyes widen. "How does that relate to my question?" He seems more confused than anything else.
The golden wolf takes advantage of that, rushing at him in a golden blur of speed. It's far too much velocity for me to truly understand what's going on, but I hope the blue-eyed boy's previous showing wasn't a fluke.
And it definitely wasn't, because he dodges it with just barely the slightest of openings, and kicks the dog away again. "Seriously, I would like to know what's happening here." Did... did he just stumble on a scene such as this, and then decide to interfere?
The golden wolf crashes againt a tree. "What!?" I don't think it's hurt, and I don't think the previous attack really damaged it either. Nonetheless, he must be surprised he got driven back so easily.
And so once he falls down, he gets up again, and prepares for another lounge. "This time I'll definitely figure out your trick!" His childish voice roars yet again. He sounds excited, like a child playing a video game.
A trick huh...? Yes, I must agree, this boy is using some sort of insane trick. No magi is match for this golden wolf, but I suppose one of sufficient skill could trick him for a while. Once the beast figures it out, it's over.
Before the wolf can lunge again however, Touko raises a hand. "Beo, what are you, stupid? There's no need to throw yourself against a wall over and over again." It wouldn't surprise me if she had already figured everything out.
The wolf, Beo protests. "But Miss Touko...!" He sounds like a child who's about to argue with his mother.
And Touko responds just like a mother. "No but's." She then focuses her gaze on the confused boy. "So, who are you anyways? I didn't know there was someone like you living here." Neither did I! And I actually do live here!
The boy smiles. "So we are finally introducing each other huh! Well, I'm Yato Shibata! Though I actually live in Fuyuki." That's a familiar name, but it takes me a while to remember just why exactly.
The same thing applies to Touko, but once we do, we gasp. Fuyuki was a city owned by the Tohsaka, and most importantly it was the home of the Holy Grail War. That ritual shouldn't be active right now.
And it doesn't matter. In the end his name is Shibata, not Tohsaka or Matou. That must mean he is a fairly new mage all things considered, his family must have moved recently.
"Oh, and I'm also a Campione."
Huh? Even though I should absolutely not talk right now, I still do. "Ah... Japan has no... Campione. Liar." I should be conserving my strength right now, but that was just such an absurd claim that I could not help myself.
Touko activates her mystic eyes and aims at the boy. I don't have time to warn him, and so he loses the fight.
It doesn't matter how much magical energy he has, or whatever trick he is using, due to the fact Touko's eyes reflect on themselves she will pass right through that. The only way a person could resist was by never getting truly hit at all.
The boy should be completely paralyzed...! But he seems just fine. "Eh? Oh... I think that's because I time traveled. I was fighting a god, and then he pulled some stuff and..." He sighs. "Look, I need the help of a mage who can send me back. Maybe that Zelretch guy?" H-how is he...!?
Touko clicks her tongue, and then... bows? "My apologies for attacking you Lord Shibata." Her sudden change in attitude makes me freeze for a moment, but then I realize what just happened.
She just confirmed the boy, Yato was telling the truth. There is one method to resist her mystic eyes after all, and that would be having natural magical resistance. It doesn't matter if she has an infinite amount of mystic eyes if their value always become zero once they reach him.
Of course, no normal human... even beings such as I do not possess such potent magical resistance. A Campione would however, and together with the fact that Yato Shibata was fighting Beo... Touko confirmed without a doubt that she is standing in front of a Campione.
A Campione just appeared and saved me from certain death. In a way this is a scenario many mages would be insanely happy about, but a Witch and Campione meeting can surely only bring disaster.
Yato waves her off. "It's aight. I would like to hear the explanation why you were attacking this girl though." I don't understand why he is on my side, but I'll accept it. "Also, can you heal her? That's something I can't do." Why would she...
Touko's eyes twitches. "Before that Lord Shibata, may I ask why you're protecting that girl in the first place?" I'm also incredibly curious about that.
Campione are known as callous and cold beings, they aren't the type who would interfere in such a situation. And besides, he doesn't even know whether I'm a good person or not, he has zero context?
He tilts his head. "Huh? If there's a girl being mauled by a dog I will obviously stop the dog." That's too much common sense for a Campione. "Well, I guess if it was a guy I could ignore it, but she's super cute. Cute people shouldn't die painful deaths." I...
I can't believe it, but I'm just glad I'm conventionally attractive.
Touko takes a deep breath. "I see." Her mind is probably running through a thousand possibilities of how to get out of this scenario. She must be frustrated, to suddenly have such an X-Factor introduced to her plans.
A weak smile appears on her face. "But this girl..." I can't let this happen. Touko is trying to talk her way out of this situation, which would mean my defeat, and possibly the death of my friends.
I gather all my strength, and interrupt her. "Lord Shibata..." It hurts to talk, but it's fine, I can ignore it. "Don't listen to her, she wants to... she's willing to destroy everything on this town...!" She's not. Her only real enemy is Aoko.
But Yato seems to be listening to me, and ignoring her, so I continue. "Please help me..." The sight of a Witch begging a Campione for salvation must be a incredibly funny one. For me it's just shameful however.
He raises an eyebrow. "Well... I'm trying to help you though. It's just that I can't heal you." That makes sense, a Campione is a fighter after all. Now I don't even know if he truly is a magus or not.
But that's fine. "I'll heal... Just please stop her..." I just need a bit of rest and I'll be fine. I can naturally put myself together if I'm not wounded again. The problem is if Beo attacks me again.
He makes a thinking pose. "Well, I guess I can beat up the wolf, but I won't hurt the woman. She's cute too." That's more than fine, I don't care about killing Touko, I just want to stop her. As long as the wolf is put down...
Touko interjects. "Wait Lord Shibata, it's her you shouldn't be listening t-" She gets cut off.
Yato sends a chilling glare towards her. "Shut up, this girl reminds me of my Kouhai, so I'm listening to her first." I... I'm just glad I'm pretty. "Anyways, are you gonna give me something for saving you?" I should have expected that.
But I don't have anything to give. "I'll do whatever you want..." But I'm about to die anyways. If given the choices between servitude and death, I'll choose the first one without a hint of hesitation.
He smiles. "That's good enough for me." And so I close my eyes, having bet it all on a stranger.

"Why does he always get to choose what we eat nowadays?" Aoko complains, even though she's doesn't stop eating the pizza at all. Also, it's not like he asked for something crazy and disgusting, we normally eat this anyways.
Aoko is just complaining for the sake of complaining. As usual. "Since I'm paying, obviously my master will pick the food." That's right, my master.
The deal I made with the Campione was clear, I gave myself to him in exchange for my life, and while we didn't sign a Geass or anything of the sort... It was still a deal made with a Campione. Not fulfilling my part would be foolish.
Specially when Yato has already fulfilled his part. He destroyed the golden wolf, Beowulf, and then made Touko run away. At the current time Misaki has returned to being a safe city, and with Yato here, that won't be changing any time soon.
Aoko pouts. "Favoritism. This is favoritism. Besides, even when I pay for it, you still let him choose." Is she stupid or courageous to throw a temper tantrum when a Campione is on the same room as her.
Soujuurou interjects. As usual he is willing to incur her wrath. "This is Miss Alice's house though. You should be grateful to live here, Aoko." Perhaps he deserves to pay less rent for his assistance? No.
Aoko glares at him. "Shut it." He just smiles in response.
Aoko then points at Yato, it makes my heart stop for a moment. "And you...! Who the hell do you think you are with that cocky attitude!" Considering how you are acting, you're the cocky one here!
Thankfully my new master has shown himself to be surprisingly calm. "Sorry, but I'll keep intruding, since Alice is my cute servant." I should be used to being called cute by him at this point.
I really should.
But I still look down as my face burns. Well, I'm probably just feeling grateful since he saved me. On that moment I was less like a Witch and more like a princess after all. It's natural I would feel this way.
But those feelings will all die eventually anyways. They better. A Witch must absolutely not fall in love, I wouldn't dare to doom the man who saved me like that.
Aoko's eye twitches. "Ugh, and the worst part is that she completely melts down." This time she points at me. "You have awful taste in men!" Please learn some restraint, before I'm forced to kick you out!
I protest her stupid accusations. "I have no taste in men." I feel nothing romantic towards Yato. I'm just grateful for his help, that's all. "Now stop insulting him." Which is why I protect him whenever I can.
Soujuurou smiles. "Well, I for one think Yato is very nice." You were a good addition to this household. I'm happy I hid that book about erasing memories, since you're clearly a much needed shield.
Aoko rolls her eyes. "Of course you would! You and Yato are way too similar!" Both are respectable young men? "Both are absolute dumbasses, and I wonder how your brains even work!" This has gone far enough.
Before I can admonish Aoko however, Yato laughs. "You are just adorable." I'm mad for some reason. Maybe Touko was right, and Aoko needs to die after all? "If I wasn't gonna comeback to the future I would have definitely made you my concubine." Yes, Aoko needs to perish.
The Aozaki gets up in a flash. "You really are some super pervert!" Something similar to this has happened before, but Aoko actually kicked him that time. She broke her leg and had to heal it, so she doesn't do that anymore.
I clench my fists, but yet again someone interrupts me from punishing Aoko. It's Soujuurou. "Why did you make Alice your servant then?" Huh?
Yato shrugs. "It's more like she made herself my servant." It was a deal. "To be honest, I would like to avoid making any big connections. I don't think that Zelretch guy will allow anyone to come with me." Ah yes.
The matter of time travel. Yato obviously needs to return home, and the second True Magician has promised to bring him back to his time. He's making preparations as we speak, and it should only take a couple months.
For now however, Yato's existence is to be kept a secret, to not mess with the fabric of reality. The only ones who know of him, are the people who live in this mansion.
There is something concerning about what he said however. "Lord Shibata, you do not plan to take me with you?" It was something I was wondering about. Being taken from my time admittedly does sound a bit scary though...
But it's not like I have kept up with modernity anyways. For me it should not make any difference.
He nods. "Yeah, don't worry. I'm a pretty selfish guy, but once I leave our deal is over." I see. I did promise my everything to him, but if he does not wish to take it, then it's not like I care too much about it.
Soujuurou raises a hand. "By the way Yato, do you have a harem back in your time?" What kind of question is that!? "I'm curious about it, since you seem to be pretty okay with talking about concubines." I... guess a Campione might have one.
Yato sends him a thumbs up. "Ayup! Who knows, maybe I'll introduce grown up you to them!" Grown up...? Right, if my master isn't too far off into the future, he might one day meet Soujuurou again.
Aoko throws a slice of pizza at his face. "You're the enemy of all women!" Thankfully he grabs it in the air, and it never actually hits him. Still, the nerve...!
I get up, without a doubt I'm frowning. "Aoko...!" I must now defend my master. "You dare raise a hand against Lord Shibata?" I wonder what type of familiar I should send to end her.
Aoko flinches back. "Eh!? Why are you on his side!? Is love really that blind!?" There is no love here in the first place!
Just like I definitely didn't spend the evening chasing after Aoko. No matter what anyone says.

"Hey Alice, what does it mean to be a Witch anyways?" My master suddenly interrupts my reading. He was silently sitting besides me until now... for two seconds. He does not have much patience.
I lower down my book. "What do you mean?" I don't mind answering whatever questions he has. In fact, it makes me a bit happy, after all time spent with him is undoubtedly time where I'll be relaxed.
He takes some time to respond. "It's just that I don't really know what a Witch is, I guess. I used to think every girl mage was one, but Aoko keeps talking like you're a completely different species." Ah, I should have figured this would come eventually.
But for some reason, I don't want to talk about it. "I'm surprised you don't know Lord Shibata. But yes, it wouldn't be wrong to call a Witch a completely different species from a human, even if we look similar. In that aspect we are similar to Campiones." And it goes without saying, but a Witch can never become a Campione.
He scratches his cheek. "The truth is that I became aware of the supernatural fairly recently, and I'm pretty dumb so... I'm unfamiliar with stuff like this." Something about what he said makes me uncomfortable.
"Don't call yourself dumb." Yes, that was it. I would feel awful if Aoko had managed to lower his or Soujuurou's self-esteem like that.
He seems confused. "Um... I really am though." I'll have to chase Aoko across the mansion again, won't I? "Don't worry though, I don't hate myself for it or anything. I mean, everyone has their strengths and weaknesses, right?" I suppose that's correct.
But I... "I still dislike when you say such things, my lord." Besides, he is smart. At this point he has sparred with Aoko, and he has also driven off quite a few enemies of the city. Without a doubt he's a genius when it comes to combat.
His eyes widen. "Wow, you're pretty intense, Alice." People usually say the opposite. "I... I guess that's fine, but... then I want you to start calling me Yato instead. Lord Shibata is getting old." That would be...
That's a price worth praying, I suppose. "V-very well, Yato." I feel like a sinner just now.
A comfortable silence fills the room. I feel like I could bask in it forever, but Yato clearly doesn't feel the same. "So, what's so different about a Witch anyways?" His curiosity has sadly not died yet.
I look down. "Not much. We are better with a certain type of magic, and our mystery is stronger. That's it." That's not it, I know that's not it. Admitting the truth still leaves ashes on my mouth however.
And maybe Yato does realize that, because his gaze still hasn't left alone. In the end, I'm forced to acquiesce to his demand. "Well... there are a few extra things here and that..." It's about time.
I take a deep breath. "A witch cannot fall in love." Yes, and that's why I must not... I must forget the night I was saved, and all the subsequent nights we spent together. That's the least I can do.
He raises an eyebrow. "So Witches are incapable of love?" There's no malice on his voice, but it still hurts an incredibly amount. I should probably just leave him with this misunderstanding, but I can't help myself.
"No, we can love." Ah... my heart is hurting. "But if a witch falls in love with a man, she's dooming her love to tragedy. My parents experienced first hand." That silence from before returns. It's not longer pleasant.
Yato frowns. "Alice..." And then that frown fades away. "You have my permission to fall in love." Huh? "I'm a Campione after all, our whole gimmick is challenging fate." Something new is encroaching upon my heart.
He sighs. "I'm sorry I wasn't here for your parents, but as your master... You have my blessing to fall in love. For that I'll give you as much luck and strength as you need. If it's fate I'll challenge it, and if it's killable I'll kill it." I...
I cover my face with the book again. "Thank you for your permission, Yato." I desperately don't want him to see me crying.

"U-um...?" I slowly wake up, I don't quite remember what I was doing, but I feel pretty good right now, as if I had just gotten the perfect hours of sleep.
The first thing that greets me is Yato. "I'm a pretty boring guy huh?" He looks completely depressed for some reason. "Maybe I should jump in a river and become a fish." How did you reach that conclusion!?
No, first I must remember what was happening. We all went hiking, with Soujuurou guiding us, but eventually we split up into two groups. I went with Yato and we sit down... I eventually fell asleep.
This is embarrassing. "N-no, you're not boring." I know the reason why I fell asleep on the dirt of all things, but it's way too embarrassing. I think I would rather die than say it.
He looks away. "Yeah, I'm even worse..." He is falling into a depressive spiral. "Let's just go home. Aoko and Soujuurou already went ahead of us." Now that he says it, it's pretty late. The moon is now illuminating us.
I can't believe I slept until nighttime, and in the middle of nowhere too. Maybe I'm not a Witch, and instead I'm some sort of forest loving beast?
More importantly however, I need to clear this misunderstanding before my lord is actually hurt. "W-wait...! I really didn't fall asleep because you were boring!" His gaze might be the end of me.
But I gather all my strength, and confess. "It's just that... I felt pretty... safe and relaxed around you, and so I knew it was okay to fall asleep..." Yes.
It wouldn't matter if a bear attacked me, or a golden wolf of the Age of Gods, or even fate itself. Without a doubt the god slayer would protect me, and my slumber would keep being as peaceful as ever.
Yato blushes. "Now that I think about it, Rin once said something very similar." Don't mention another woman while I'm here. Please. "Well, you're free to feel bored if you want to." He sits besides me.
I blush. "I really wasn't." Now I'm curious however. "Who is Rin anyways?" I shouldn't ask. I know that, but I ask anyways. And so my heart prepares itself for the heartbreak that's about to follow.
He sighs. "I shouldn't talk too much about the future, the old man said so." Zelretch is making good progress, or so I hear. "But... she was someone precious to me. Super precious." I flinch.
"Do you miss her?"
"More than anything."
My heart shatters, but it is what it is. Yato is a man out of his time after all, and I... Looking at the forest surrounding us, I deeply understand that. I'm a Witch after all, something that is still stuck on the past as well.
I wish I could leave in a place like this. "Yato, there is something else about Witches I didn't tell you." Occasionally I will reveal a new fact about my species to him. I could have just explained it all, but I want to keep constantly surprising him.
I will never forget when he said my magic was cool. "Us Witches, we... like more traditional places such as these ones. Well, maybe a forest is too much." I would like at least a house. "Since we are beings of old, we don't do well with technology." And I'm specially bad when it comes to this.
He nods. "I see... Well, I guess I'm like a reverse Witch then. I really miss the technology of the future, since it progressed like crazy." Don't say such scary things. I just told you I don't like technology.
I smile. "Yato, I'll definitely take you to the future." Or to his present, I suppose. "That's a promise from your servant, and from a Witch who's also stuck on the wrong time." My heart now feels light.
He smiles back. "When you say things like that, it kind makes me want to take you farther into the past." I would probably just be killed by some shining knight. The past may have been better, but there was never truly a time for a Witch.
But, maybe if he was there with me, things could work out. "Yato, whatever place you are, is my perfect time." I immediately blush. "I-I mean...! Forget it!" He may have given me permission to fall in love, but I still shouldn't.
He looks at his fist. "Well, I guess I could punch myself until I do. It sort of works." He looks way too serious.
"Please don't. F-feel free to remember what I told you."

"Huh..." I don't really know how to describe what I'm feeling. I'm incredibly happy, but also incredibly tired, but also... I could go on forever. "I want to brag about this..." Normally I wouldn't have cared about it, but this time it's different.
I just had sex after all.
I poke Yato's cheek, he's sleeping. "Rude... even though I..." He's gonna be leaving soon, so I offered this as a parting gift to him. I shouldn't love him, and doom him to a horrible fate, but surely at least this is okay?
Yes, I do love Yato, I can't deny that, but it's purely platonic love. This is just because he will be leaving tomorrow, after spending a whole year with me and Aoko and Soujuurou. So while the others cried and hugged him, I sought to make him happy.
But I...
Would I do such a thing to Aoko or Soujuurou if they suddenly had to leave forever? No, I wouldn't... But...!
I shouldn't think too hard about it. I definitely shouldn't. And I shouldn't let sadness enter my heart. This isn't truly a goodbye after all, Yato will be born one day, and he will grow up, and we will surely meet.
Still, taking a girl's virginity and then going to sleep is incredibly rude behavior, even if that girl does not love him. Maybe just once I will let Aoko bully him a bit. Just a bit of course, I must protect my lord after all.
Protect... That reminds me of a memory of a few months ago, when I slept in the woods besides him. I did it because he made me feel safe. Does that mean that right now Yato Shibata truly believes I can protect him?
My face burns red hot, far more than when we were having sex. "Idiot..." What kind of man trusts a Witch like that...? I... Maybe it's bad timing, but I...
Ah, I really do love him.

I leave the room where we said our goodbyes to Yato. Everyone is teary eyed, even Aoko couldn't help, but shout out how she would miss him. Even Soujuurou bawled until he couldn't anymore.
And I feel like I'm about to die, but it's okay, because I'll be meeting Yato a few years anyways. A Witch doesn't age, so he will probably be surprised to see me still young... Sadly, I definitely will need to meet him after he time travels.
It shouldn't be too hard, the news of a Campione fighting some sort of time deity will definitely reach my ears. And then I'll rush to Fuyuki, or whatever he is, and confess my love to him.
Aoko seems dazed. "Oh, I'm kind of hungry." There's something weird about it. "Okay, let's buy some pizza." She was completely depressed before, but now she seems just fine.
Soujuurou's stomach rumbles. "Yeah, I'm pretty hungry too... I don't have any money to contribute right now though." He was a broken man just a few seconds earlier, but now I see no trace of sadness in his eyes.
Aoko pouts. "If you ain't paying, you ain't eating." Soujuurou looks down, but his will doesn't seem broken yet. They're about to start their usual banter.
My lips tremble, this is actually making me mad. "You two sure forgot Yato quickly." I shouldn't say this, they're probably dealing it in their own way. Who am I to choose how someone feels sad?
Soujuurou raises an eyebrow. "Who's Yato?"
Aoko pulls him by the arm. "Forget that for now, Alice is making her pissed off face, so let's run away!" She drags him away from the room in a rush, leaving me complete alone.
I don't move.
I don't move. The sun is setting.

Zelretch leaves the room. "Campione sure are a pain in the ass... Can't get mad with the brat though, since he is one of the least worst ones." He sounds like a grumpy grandpa complaining about family.
I slowly face him. "Yato went home?" I don't know what to say. But there's something clearly wrong, because Aoko and Soujuurou wouldn't just forget a friend like that. They wouldn't forget a friend no matter what.
His eyes widen. "He sure did... And you still remember him...?" I nod, how could I ever forget. "Ah, that must mean you two became pretty close huh? Well... My apologies, but he wasn't from time." I can't even respond.
But he elaborates. "The world is trying to fix itself, so the influences made from his interference are being rejected. You could say this was a subspecies singularity, not held by a grail, but held by a Campione." I...
He continues. "Normally Yato would be punished by the world for this, but... As Gaia's and Alaya's precious little baby he gets a pass. He's not even the only Campione who goes around doing this. You are familiar with Aisha, right? The truth is that she's a time traveler, so this has precedent." I don't care.
He scratches his beard. "The only reason you still remember, is because your very course in existence was fundamentally altered by him. But well... even you will forget about him before too long, so don't worry."

"That liar...!" But in the end this ended in the same way as it all ends. A Witch fell in love, gave her body for a man, and then it all ended in tragedy. I did the same thing my mother did, except this time I was the one actually throwing myself at him.

Zelretch stops walking. "Urgh, what am I? The Mage of Flowers?" He takes a deep breath. "No, it's only natural I can't ignore a girl crying like her world has now been torn apart. Witches are way too pitiful."
He turns around and chucks some sort of jewel next to me. "Here. Hold on to that thing... And I promise, that as long as your love for him never fades, you two will meet each other again." I immediately grab hold of it.
He frowns. "But it won't be easy. The moment you slip up, all that you know about him will be forgotten and erased... You must always be pursuing that love, and maybe... just maybe you can do it. It will be even harder than being sinless however." And with those words he leaves.
I hold the jewel so tightly that it might break.

I’m going to be honest this was good and tragic but my first guess on reading the title was that Yato went to Fate/Zero which somehow spiraled into a thought process along the lines of “Yato wouldn’t fuck a real loli but it would be really funny if he made one a sex slave while thinking she’s an adult like Illya” and unfortunately spiraled on that. I don’t think there’s anyone who could possibly fit that description (Unless Miyu pops up) and it sounds more pre-Punch stupidity but I couldn’t get it out of my head. Damn you Fakeking.
