I nod. "We'll be leaving soon... but before that..." I look her deep into her eyes. "One day I will be putting a ring on your finger too! Both Aoko and Touko Aozaki will be changing their last names to Okkotsu!" I needed to make my intentions clear before I left.

Reading it, everything seems to be correct... Well, I still read it over a few more times. I wish I could call a lawyer for something like this to be honest, but for now I'll trust my brain and Touko's arrogance.
Rika breaks my concentration. "You can't be seriously be thinking of doing this Yuta! I... I know a harem means a lot to you, so don't sign it!" Unexpected support!? But also not really support...
