I vote a titan for Dina
Grey Heart
Female Titan - Sasha or even Zekes mom, Dina Fritz. Colossal Titan - Armin, Connie or even Erwin if you were going to be closer to Canon. Armored Titan - Jean or Connie. Maybe you could go with other characters like Marco for instance since several are alive.
