Well it depends. Netorare (NTR) is when the protagonists lover is stolen by a third party, while being insulted or humiliated in some shape or form, it's not just cheating. Netori (NTR) is when the protagonist is the third party in the relationship, it usually doesnt add the insult element. Now what I think its happening here is netorase this is the one when the person is encouraging and sometimes setting up their partner to go around, normally they watch the show. Its kind of like pimping your partner to an approved person by you and you get to have a live show on occasion.
