This spells classic mad scientist plays with her experiment, and is overtaken by it. I'm all for it. With those delicious tits of hers, Cassandra puts her monster cock between her boobs and sucks on it. She speeds up the titfuck+bj because falling in lust, now she wants to taste Sindra's cum. After Sindra cums, the release of life source awakens her. She grabs cassandra and now freshly awaken and insanely horny from her long sleep, she ravishes Cassandra. Licks her all around and forcibly enters her. Since Cassandra is basically Wesker, I'm guessing you want to keep her around longer in the story. Cassandra is always one step ahead and knows what Sindra is capable of. After hours of fucking, when Sindra thinks she can control Cassandra, she injects her with a stabilizing agent that pauses her mutation. It also prevents Sindra from cumming, since releasing her cum is how she further mutates. Cassandra is interested in spreading the F-virus to others using Sindra. her ultimate goal is to make everyone into a futa zombie, that she can control like a herd. Sindra plays nicely for now, and waits for her turn to catch Cassandra off -guard, and obtain the injection to undo the stabilizing agent.
