In this case... in the Upsidedown-verse, Helen can willingly swap back and forth between her natural form and her Bimbo form. She also wasn't shy or embarrassed about her natural form; she just enjoys the feeling of shifting.
Maxie is also drastically different... she's a former military plainclothes detective who is hot on the case of the mysterious Jenna Del Ricci who seems to have a connection to every crime family and brothel in the State. But Del Ricci's allies are fiercely loyal to her, and when she did confront her directly Del Ricci easily seduced her, and Jenna's magical cum gifted Maxie her secret desire... which, as you can tell, is the same as her extremely open desire in the main universe.
