Switching Proper Places (Part 1)
🕑 Added 2024-01-17 13:00:02 +0000 UTCHere we are, with a brand new story! This one has a few aspects which were chosen by $5 and $10 Patrons via polls, such as the location and the, shall we say, pet names? Used by our new lead characters?
Specifically, this is a story about a Domme and sub, Nina and Rory, who find themselves in a town similar to Stepford. One that has actually been mentioned in a handful of stories before! Pleasantville (named after the very very good movie), was mentioned in both A Simple Day and The House Wins, but I haven't set a story there yet (barring a particular retcon I've considered, but I'll leave that ambiguous on purpose lol). It could have been set in a few places, including some new settings, but I'm happy to explore this town I've alluded to but not really shown.
This story is also going to be a slow burn, much like Bet On Black or Fitting In. I want to not only take my time with the transformations our protagonists will undergo, but also really define who they are before those changes take place. Like how Mya is such a specific kind of person, I want to really show who Nina and Rory are, so their changes are that much more impactful.
