Cassandra Sandsmark, Donna Troy, and Yara Flor were teed up in my first Milk Wars story, with Wonder Wife thinking about how she should convert them to Retconn's cause. The scene of Yara in the milk tub was actually thought up by a friend of mine, who graciously allowed me to use the idea for this story.
As for the Suicide Squad's lineup, I mostly picked the names out of a hat, honestly. Some of them serve a specific purpose in the story, but like with any Suicide Squad story, there'll be a few c listers, and nobody is safe...
