I really love the SmartBow concept dreamt up by RetroEverything, one of my fellow Stepfordization content creators and someone who I love to talk to about Stepfordization concepts. The short version is that SmartBows are a new fad which sweeps the nation; taking control of their hosts and making them into cute, feminine, girly girls who dream of housework!
Like much of my work this year, this story is rather simple, sweet, and to the point. A nice classic work of the Stepford variety, but an enjoyable one all the same~

Thank you! Honestly, it wasn’t specifically intentional, but I think in general that specific clothing items can have that effect! They all add a sense of restriction and obedience, which enhances the transformation. My personal favorite are petticoats, but stockings can have the same effect for sure!

Can I just add that I love that the transformed Emilia is wearing stockings? That’s low key my favorite element of the classic Stepford wife outfit and for a character like Emilia who was previously so anti-Stepford I feel like it’s a symbol of complete adherence to her new life, it now feels so natural on her skin…or maybe that’s too much to read into a single garment lol

I love this story. Flows to my other love which is preppification. Would love a sequel or a longer story with this smartbow. I love the vivid description of clothing, hair, makeup. Would love more of this very much. Or preppification in general. Love your work!
