Nathan Gabriel

I love hatchbox and polymaker, though I just got elegy PLA and Im going to try it out for a big garage project.

DecafMedusa

I buy the majority of my filament from Polar.

Powie

I've used so many brands over the years and mostly used to buy eSun, and Inland, but Microcenter no longer ships most PLA. And eSun just isn't worth the premium price any more. There's so much competition now. I've recently been buying Elegoo PLA+ and Rapid PLA, and it's great. There are others I've been given in promotions over the years but won't buy at $30+ a KG.

Ryan McDonald

I use mostly eSun

TMad_3D

Polymaker and Kingroon!

Lee Wherrett

ive only got 2 real local suppliers 1 is for eSun Filaments and they have a good range across all types, and the other is more generic called Deltatech which has a good range and i can get them both sameday or next. My Deltatech agent has a discount on 5 rolls of any same filament type, knowing her clients is valuable

Vidar Eonsuu

I love Elegoo because its so dang cheap!

Cris Hudson

I have had great luck with eSun, Elegoo and Amolen

Wyatt Long

Numakers!

The Next Layer

Polymaker, all day, every day. Also, doesn't hurt that 3DPrintGeneral works there now in influencer relations, so they're SUPER responsive to project proposals..

Art V.

I've had good results with 3DJake and GEEETECH

Yoyo Fargo

I like Elegoo. But I also have a soft spot for Sovol, Kingroon, and Voxelab. Tho I live like a mile from lulzbot.

Bill Karkula

OK OK - for Glitter-based - my fav is "Empire Strikes Black" HTPLA / Protopasta. Always prints like a dream.

Protopasta

You might also enjoy and appreciate Protopasta :-)

Protopasta

In case you haven't seen, Protopasta has some vibrant colors :-)

Protopasta

Protopasta, but I'm biased ;-P

Mason

iiiDMax has been great for buying cheap bulk filament in great colors for me.

Chris Dotson

If I'm getting just PLA, you can't beat Elegoo. Otherwise, I love Atomic. They have some cool colors, but aren't the least expensive option out there.

Mark@JCC

Yep elegoo for me too for single colours and eryone for the rainbows

David Hooie

I used to use Sunlu or eSun, but since I'm running all Elegoo printers (2 FDMs and 1 Resin) I've switched to Elegoo PLA. It's my go-to now!

Bill Karkula

All of the main brands are good and I have no problem printing with them. They would be out of business if they weren’t. It next comes down to color/brands for me. For black PLA, IC3D is my favorite. PLA yellow is hatch box, PLA Ultra Marine Blue is ColorFab, PLA light Blue is COEX, PLA White is eSun, PLA Bubblegum pink from Atomic Filament. PETG is printer-dependent for me but Polymaker works well and clear is a favorite, PETG Chocolate from Green Gate 3D has the best brown. No one filament brand seems to have the vibrance of colors for their whole line.

Holoprops

After five years of extensive testing, Fillamentum stands out as my S Tier. Their filaments boast unparalleled quality, vibrant pigmentation, and a smooth finish that enhances every print. My high standards for print quality are perfectly aligned with Fillamentum’s philosophy. Not on the cheap side, though, but worth every penny.

RetroRiz

Big fan of Hatchbox. Otherwise I use Bambu or Elegoo.

Steve Lyons

Absolute favourite is Polyalchemy Elixir, still available in some colours if you know where to go. Really want to try Printed Solids Jessie Elixir if it becomes available here in Switzerland. Next up would be a mix of Polymaker, Eryone, and 3DJake. I see a lot of people loving Cookiecad, but not available here :-(, so unable to try it.

Ramon Gebben

Polymaker.

Ippaku

Cookiecad for fun colors, Sunlu and Bambu labs and elegoo bulk PLA only.

Mike Wardlow

I really like Zyltech, Eryone, Cookiecad, just to name a few

P Perry

Well eSun and poly maker have really nice flow. Bambu in a Bambu printer is unbeatable, and Elegoo has about the best first layer adhesion of all that I’ve used.

Uncle Jessy

Nice! will check that out!

Uncle Jessy

ohhh yeah Eryone Silk is niiiiice

Joshua Hindman

I like polymaker quite a a bit. Right now I am trying a brand called creator and it is doing very well for me

C

Elegoo for the same reason. But polymaker is my second go to. getting my first roll off cookiecad this weekend. Wish me luck on that filament

Jeff Sawyer

Prusament and Overture are my go to unless it is an exotic material.

Kenneth Hartman

Polymaker and Atmoicfilament

TMad_3D

Polymaker and Kingroon.

Lightstar03

Sunlu for the win

Jeff Yeager

Elegoo is my brand. Love the printers as well. Getting 4 Neptune 4 Pros delivered tomorrow.

derek mccord

For solid colors Printbed. Which I am also a premium member. Coexteusion as of now Eryone. Gradients not found just 1i like.

Andrue Alexander

Polymaker

Frank Ayre

eSun... has a huge selection... good prices... and easy to get where I am

SGGVengeance

Sunluu

LateElf

Eryone is my *stuffffff*, but Elegoo's PLA+ is pretty alright. I run a lot of PLA Silk, so that splits between Eryone and DO3D, both high quality.. but Overture is making inroads

Yellahammer Tabletop Crafts

Elegoo since it’s relatively cheap and easy to get. It’s done as well in my Bambu printers as their brand.

Damien Hurtado

Elegoo for the same reasons.

Vertical Raptor

Sunlu for affordability. Cookiecad elixir easily my favorite nice filament.

JohnBeezeeBoe

Handini it’s super cheap for 2 rolls of black on Amazon and it works really well

Italo Solar

Elegoo for sure, can you make a video trying the NylonX from Matterhackers? And some configurations for the neptune 4 max pls?!!

Rogue Music

I tend to stick with elegoo or polymaker. Hatchbox is pretty good to but I almost exclusively use them for their ABS

Ian Vandersteen

Elegoo has been my go to for 99% of my projects, but polymaker has some really nice specialty colors that I can't deny

Nic

Mine is elegoo as well for the same reasons!

Bry

Sunlu has been my go to from the start🫡
