I think all my characters get a bit beefier every time I draw them. I mean look at Dante. That's also probably me overcompensating because people tell me my dudes look so young but that's a whole other thing.
Poor Manny though has been needing a bit of a redesign and some refinement. And definitely a haircut. I think this might be the first time I've drawn him in a way I'm happy with but I still want to rework him. I need to rework all the guys. They're not so much "designed" as they are just... crapped out of the pen as I draw. I need to give them all outfits too because you can't appreciate them naked until they've been covered up first.

Honesty love redraws. Seeing art styles evolve is amazing. Especially yours; I definitely understand what you mean by “beefier” every time you draw them and I LIVE for it 🤤. Your artwork get’s sexier, cuter, and prettier with time. It ages like fine wine ❤️🧡🩵🤎

love the idea of bailing out and only slightly scraping your peen. but yeah thats true. also just a protip for anyone reading this just make a characters eyes a little smaller and slightly higher on the head to make them look older. i dont follow my own advice though

Bandaid on the peen? Yeowch skating is rough! I think the way you've evolved facial structure also makes your characters seem more mature. The bone structure looks more defined, with more angles instead of round shapes!

Well the original looked like a twink in his late teen while the new version is definitely a jock in his mid-early 20ties… looks like a big bro to me (or just two pics of the same guy 4 years laters… which makes total sense lol ;) this redesign is adorable

Gonna need to finally make a spreadsheet or some shit because I swear he always was.

I totally get it, characters are really only designed and refined the more you draw them and think about those sorts of things. I definitely see it in my own artwork too 😅
