NTR Mobile v0.14.0 !!!

Well it is all a matter of perspective really...
Be warned. This is not a big update. more than 75% of my development time went to creating, implementing the new system and migrating from the old system. This is all worth it in the as I will explain at the end of the post what this change enabled for future content. I had to make some sacrifices to get v0.14.0 done though. The true lovers path barely any new content. I will make sure it is back where it belongs in the next update. Also new ShareSpace posts do not have comments but more on that in a separate post. Now lets get into...

If you are updating from version 0.13.1 then a fresh save IS REQUIRED!
NTR Mobile v0.14.0:
Upgraded unlock gallery.
Stop the game from running in the background (Seems this was a default behaviour of Unity... which is baffling. I turned it off but will be keeping an eye open just in case this did not do the trick).
Updated the Mapper app to show a more accurate location of Liz.
Extra speed mode in chat (You can use this by holding the empty chat bar which will cause chat to skip).
Added comments and likes to ShareSpace posts (more info about this in a separate post).
Fixed the weird wallpaper aspect ratio.
Bugfixes.
Alert system added to the game.
And of course the story continues...
Now... With the new system almost fully in place (still need to migrate the Xray app). This will enable a couple of things going forward. There are upgrades planned from Richard like a more stable connection, stats update intervals being closer to real time and it will enable him to look into "faulty" stats displayed in the Stats app. This also enables me (once fully migrated) to upgrade the save system so the phone does not need to restart when you reload a save. And most importantly. It was waaaaay more stable. The old system worked on a whim so it was really unreliable.
More posts regarding version 0.14.0 will follow but for now...

Yes, go to the settings app and press reset. your persistent gallery ( The star icon in the gallery) should not reset.

I am planning to add a hint function to the gallery in the future. But this is not planned for next release. The hint function will basically work like a label that shows on which path you can get the picture.

Any chance you can relabel the images in the gallery to know which path they are on, then at least it would include a hint in game without a complete walkthrough.

Isn't there like free versions on itch and non "official" ones on f95 and isn't this better than rnpy rnpy ur locked into pretty basic vn system

I wanted to dig more into the ntrs path and lay more of the ground work in this update. But time constraints stopped that from happening. For this update I had 2 more events planned but those got delayed.π

We got a game discussion in chat where members discuss how to get which image. I am thinking of adding a hint function to the persistent gallery but that is planned for a update further in the future.

Good luck in your future endeavors. I think your doing yourself a disservice by limiting yourself to renpy games only but to each their own I suppose. I will say you should consider your own words though, which engine the developer uses is none of your business but the developers.

I think it is pretty unwise to ask/hope a full engine change based on player in that forum (i too am active in there) because in the official forum (patreon) very very few people ever said anything about renpy. And you why didnt you aksed in that forum first before subs here if the dev use renpy or plan to use it LMAO.

I would not consider that a valid reason to demand a complete engine swap. Renpy is an easier engine to get started with but it is limited, so sure if your just creating a pure visual novel with very basic functionality it's fine. Thats why you see it used more cause it's easier to get a quick VN product out. If you need functionality though Unity or another engine is better in the end. Nosy is most likely adding features beyond the scope of what renpy is designed for.

Seems sorta odd to demand a refund for the developers choice of game engine. Considering renpy is a more limited engine and probably isn't suited for what Nosy needs in the future. I'd be interested to hear your argument for why you absolutely want renpy.

Over 80 percent of supporters of these games use Renpy. Look.at F95. Close to eight of 10 games are renpy

I think you can request it? Don't know how all of that works and I don't see a function for it. But to go more indept on your question: no, I won't rebuild the entire game in a completely different game engine. Which looking at the amount of work could take another 1~2 months easy.

The title bar can't be moved offscreen so 1080p resolution gets cut off at the bottom T-T 1080p would fit perfectly if the title bar wasn't there.

I am planning to add 900p to the next minor update. 1080p for me does not dip below the taskbar so I am hoping 900p will fix this problem for systems where this is not the case.

Sanity check for me please. Is v0.14.1 update called v0.14.0? I downloaded it like 3 times and it says 0.14.0 and still triggers the lovers path bug

This should be enough. Except the NosyFellow notification not directing you to chat. I will fix that in a future bugfix. You should be able to activate the chat by leaving the messenger app and opening it again though.

You are correct. This was a bug in version 0.14.0. I added a fix in v0.14.1 which you can now download from this post. Be sure to refresh the page first.

So it seems there where some game breaking bugs in V0.14.0. I don't know if its unity just not saving or my own error... Anyways version 0.14.1 has been added to the post and this should fix both the lovers path and the NTR path. If on the lovers path, Richards chat does not trigger for w/e reason you can leave Liz's chat and re-enter it again to trigger the event. A fix for this will release in a future bugfix.

Hey everyone. Had a small bugfix which failed to save. There is a bug which causes M47 to be unobtainable. I reuploaded the correct game version in this post. Please RELOAD the page and re-download the game to fix this issue.
