Do you know how many seasons of The WB and The CW had at least one DC series on its active roster? 28 out of 30. 1995-1996 (year 1) and 2011-2012, the season between Smallville and Arrow. Superman The Animated Series debuts fall 1996, runs until February 2000. But Batman Beyond just premiered, and Static Shock premieres that fall, that 2000-2001 season that is everything needed to reach Smallville. And you know the rest from there
