I didn't receive an e-mail with a link for September's rewards. My payment didn't go through the first time this month, but I changed my payment method and it went through the second time, I received an e-mail confirmation on the 3rd of October. Could you check on this please.

Think of it as a blessing in disguise. Instead of paying $30 this month, and $10 next month, you only have to pay $30 next month, to get the Keitaro set, and one previous months set, which you can use to get these. So you save yourself $10.
