MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT! + DEMO RELEASE
🕑 Added 2017-05-20 06:10:28 +0000 UTC Hello, everyone! I'm here to give out a very important announcement!CAMP BUDDY PATREON CAMPAIGN WILL END BY JUNE 2017!
This would be the last month, May 2017, that we will be releasing monthly rewards for your pledges to support the Camp Buddy Campaign!
This means, that this will also be the last opportunity for patrons to accumulate their pledge to reach the bonus rewards by the release of the game!
We thank you so much for the total of 8 months of support that everyone has given in order for Camp Buddy to push through.
REGARDING THE GAME RELEASE
We have originally intended to release the game by February 2017, and it was postponed to April 2017 and June 2017 due to a huge amount of new content that was added into the game because of the milestones unlocked last year.
Unfortunately, the game will also not be able to reach the last estimated release date of June 2017 due to these following reasons:
- A huge amount of new story workload is being implemented to the original story line, due to the addition of new characters and scenes.
- Majority of CGs are being remastered to improve the quality of the art.-
- Some voice actors were replaced, thus requiring us to re-record and re-embed voiced scenes.
- Addition of new CGs.
- Programming and Testing.
I know, It's a bummer! But I'm really doing everything i can with everything I've got so that this game would be better.
Sprites were my major concern when i decided to remaster the art, but some CGs were really outdated.
So I've decided to remaster a LOT of the CGs. Here are just a few examples of the remastered CGs

A lot of the story CGs were completely changed, so that really slashed a huge time on my hands XD
We sincerely apologize for your long wait, and we know that everyone is anticipating to finally play this game.

FREEBIES TO ALL PATRONS
To celebrate the launch of our new circle and Camp Buddy's first demo, we will be giving out a total of FIVE (5) CG Sets featuring Keitaro, Hiro, Natsumi, Yoichi and Hunter! These full-resolution CG Sets are the ones featured in the demo! Everyone who made a pledge at least once (at any value or amount) during the campaign are qualified to receive these CG sets!
These CG Sets will be sent to the Patron's inbox by next month on June 15, 2017!
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THIS PATREON PAGE ON JUNE 2017?
As we cannot make guarantee when will we complete the game, but this Patreon page will remain to be open for those who want to continue their pledge and receive exclusive CGS which are NOT INCLUDED IN THE GAME. That means that the reward tiers after this month will be PATREON EXCLUSIVE.
The CG rewards i will be making after this will also decrease, meaning that i will also adjust my patreon price range. (this change will apply next month)
The character(s) who will be involved in the CGS will be decided by polls, so this would be the chance to get special scenes with characters such as Seto and Felix etc.
We had to do this to make sure no more game content will not be spoiled and players will get the full experience of the game on the intended release. Please take note that all pledges made by June 2017 will no longer be included in the accumulated rewards and this will also be the last opportunity for patrons to accumulate their pledge to reach the bonus rewards by the release of the game.
Details of the new tiers will be revealed next month after the last batch of rewards have been released!

Hey Mikkou! Congrats on the demo release. I can't wait to play it. I do greatly appreciate this extensive announcement on the game's progress and hope you keep it up. However, I am concerned the continuation of your patreon page, while you're developing your game, will cause further delays in it's release date. Are you sure you'll be able to handle the extra work? As much as I love the idea of more Natsumi CGs that are exclusive from the game (of which I will be pledging for if the new tier pricing is reasonably affordable), I would much rather prefer an expedited full game release date over it. What are your thoughts?

Hello Störpanda, I'm really sorry if you are disappointed but, All of these points will be showcased individually in each demo released. that is also the reason this is called the first demo. For this demo, i've highlighted the story and voice acting in the game. and focus solely on how they joined the camp. so that i may know what people think of the voice and the storyflow. "Voice acting, mini-game and some sexy fan-service" Most of these points will be picked on a certain portion of the game. putting it all together in one play through will be awkward since the timeline will skip certain scenes. Now, it took me a long time to release this first demo because i had to finish the entire story first so that i may decide which parts to pick for each demo. and i had to make sure everything is all ready and just needed to be compiled by the programmer. I wish i could make you think otherwise after i finish the game >__< but i am really grateful of your support so far.

Hello Natsuinfire, there are story CGs inside the game, and im sorry if you are disappointed but there was a reason this is called the"1st demo" i wanted to immerse everyone on the story aspect of the game and how they got into camp buddy in the first place. And there are routes inside the demo already? have you've tried every route? there will be more so please stay tuned! :D

Because I can 't remember any other pledge tables since then (correct me if I'm wrong). In the octobre pledge table, I am only a 'participant'. However I have been pledging $10 every month since the beginning of the campaign. So do I receive a copy of the game on release, or will I have to pay extra? I'm sorry but this is not clear to me...

the demo finish in 10min and had 0 CGS, im really sad about that :/, but the game got voiced so it's nice, the game will be good if they continue like this i think.
