Joey I never understood the entire DJ scene to begin with. It was never really music to begin with, it was an idea that at the time seemed like a fad and I figured that it would have faded away like an old pair of dungarees but it ended up morphing into something so overly annoying that I refuse to even entertain it. I mean none of these “musicians” could even play a fucking Kazoo! I think it was scratching the records that did it. I used to go to Coachella back in the day (early 2000s). They had great bands and DJs, mostly alternative rock and techno/house music. Many of the smaller tents had some great bands and DJs too (DJs who actually spin records). But it's a shitshow now and WAY too expensive. (It was about $130 or so for both days).
