DREDGE VR Hotfixes

Changes:
- Mod no longer shows a black screen if it hasn't been loaded previously in flat screen.
- Splash screen and intro cutscene look much better now.
- Can now press the spacebar on your keyboard to recenter your position.
- Button prompts now work properly if your system language isn't English.
I also added a number of performance options. You can modify these in your DREDGE install folder/mods/xen.DredgeVR/options.json
lockPhysicsUpdateRateToRenderFrequency - Locking it can help framerate
lowerTerrainLOD - Keep this on, not sure why but Unity terrain obliterates frames
disableExtraParticleEffects - Disables particles that aren't essential to gameplay. Improves performance.
disableDistantParticleEffects- Disables gameplay essential particles effects over 100m away. Improves performance.
decreaseLOD - Not ideal for now because it makes some rocks literally invisible, but improves performance. Use this as a last resort.
removeTrees - Tries to remove most trees from the game. Improves performance.
disableDistantParticleEffects is on by default and seems to make the greatest improvement to frames, so you can try loading the latest version of the game, see if there has been an improvement, and if you have lag open up the options.json file and make your changes. Values are all "true" or "false", make sure you don't change the formatting of the file or it'll break.
