I'm getting same error on my system. I've tried everything that i could think of...(i guess i havent tried the thing that will fix this error)...one of the person suggested to change "administrative privillege" of "Hydra.exe" i'ved tried that...same results...I read a comment by Yuri he was explaining...something (AIO, RGB, CPU-Monitoring) software installed on a system is preventing "Hydra" to make modification to a system hence it throws "CMD_FAILED..." error Let me know if there's an "known" working fix for this...

I am using 1.1D but creating profile process never success. when I open the software there are several error showing CMD_failed 84. tried everything but still got it.
