Piggy Lee Strawson is Piggy Sue's mother. A country music star of 1990s fame, she's an overbearing pain in the ass to our pink heroine. Why does she look like she could be Piggy Sue's fancier sister? Because she has had beaucoup work done. Also that's a wig.
Sam Cohen is Piggy Sue's frog dad (Muppet jokes, we've got them!). He's a decent guy who loves his daughter, but he's aged rough...I mean, consider his ex-wife. Sam hops into town once in a blue moon to see how life is treating Piggy Sue, if not with any consistency.
Doradus Scroff is Alsesta's father who served in WW2. Tragically widowed, he did his best to raise his very headstrong, very openly gay twins by himself. Alsesta was aggressively loyal to him despite his faults, as Alsesta does most things aggressively. Doradus eventually remarried to a woman who would be Clem's grandmother (genealogy is hard).
Mitsu Bigaku (an akita inu) is Alsesta's mother who did not survive the trauma of being a Japanese American citizen in WW2. You deserved so much better, Mitsu.
Daniel "Dandy" Scroff is Alsesta's twin brother and Doradus and Mitsu's son. Yes, you JG fans know where this is going. He's flamboyant and fashionable and is usually seen in Clem's flashbacks from the 1980s.
Barton is a draft horse and Dandy's handsome hubby. Clem calls him Uncle Bart, and he's a gentle giant whose voice is LOOOOW.
PS: Bigaku isn't an actual surname and means something along the lines of "beauty in its simplicity". Very artistic, Kae. I might change it but I'm also used to it, so I'm not sure yet. Also, Franzie was right: Alsesta is a literal Schweinehund.

Clem meets Sam, and can't help but giggle to Piggy Sue about the mystery of her tactical tongue. Dem frog genes.

lol, yeah. I get the gag. :D Thank you. :)

The gag is that Piggy Sue is low-key Kermit and Miss Piggy's offspring. I can't just call him Kermit, but Sam and Friends is Muppet-adjacent.
Jonathan
Bart has some MAGNIFICENT mutton chops. As for Sam... is he supposed to be Kermit, or is he Sam from Sam and Friends? I love all six headshots. :)

I will have to draw her and Sam in their youth, too!

Piggy Lee! I've always wanted to see what she looks like! Can't wait to see how she gets along with Clem, Piggy Sue, and Sam.
