Some Nights I Stay Up

Even during happy times it's easy for something bad to slip into my psyche and mess me up, sometimes for days on end. I've been dealing with such a situation for the past couple of days. There's nothing to do but wait for it to pass. Many of my characters live and deal with issues of anxiety and trauma, though I haven't assigned bipolar to anyone, and I don't know if I will. Anyway, when I'm feeling bad I still try to draw if I can, even if it's just sketches illustrating how I feel.

My specific issues differ, but I certainly empathize with being at the whim of emotion. I hope that art or venting or something else you're doing can help you ride out the rough parts. Especially the ones that take days.
