Thanks guys, 40 or 50 years ago I was interacting with the wine industry in Australia and California. I got a whole lot of new information from this great MR episode. I have been out of it for a while, so was not aware of the energetic wine crafting industry in Texas, or the large scale use of concrete wine fermentation vessels. I am catching up now via the net.
