The Notebook
- ½ ounce mead
- mashed blackberry and orange slice
- 2 ounces rye whisky
- fill with ice
- shake briefly
- garnish with blackberry
The Emasculated Shrub
- add ice to your tin
- 1½ ounces shrub (plum, peach, habanero, cinnamon)
- 1 ounce mead
- 1½ ounces gin
- shake well
- double strain into glass filled with ice
- garnish with cherry and apple slice

- add ice to your tin
- ½ ounce gin
- ¾ ounce mead
- ¼ ounce lemon juice
- shake well
- double strain into glass
- top off with champagne
- garnish with cucumber
