“Spin the bottle!” Emma replied, sliding off the bed from where she was sitting to join Grace on the floor.
Luckily, the room had a thick clean carpet and it was comfy enough to relax on as you couldn’t have imagined doing this on a hard floor.
“So are we doing truth or dare? And what about the wine?” you asked as you joined them, sitting further away from the bed so you were equally spread apart.
“Yep, truth or dare. The person doing the spinning will decide what they want whoever it lands on to do. If you can’t do what you pick then you have to do the other. So if you pick truth and you refuse then you have to do the dare or vice versa. And for the wine…” she said starting to explain, reaching up for two out of the three glasses and then passing you and Emma one each.
“...We’ll take a sip when it lands on us. I’m already two down but I think I can handle a bit more than you. Plus I’m not expecting us to get drunk but more just for the mood” she continued, her eyes lighting up as if she realised something.
Grace got back up to her feet and went around the room as if she was setting the mood, turning on the lamps and turning off the main lights to darken the room and upping the thermostat to heat things up a little. She even grabbed the pillows from the head of the bed and passed them around to make it even cosier before she sat back down again, looking happy at the improvements she had made.
You were close enough to touch each of them if you held out your arms but there was still a circle with enough room to spin the bottle without it touching anyone and coming to a stop accidentally. Both you and Emma put your glass down behind you out of the way once everything seemed to be prepared.
“Either of you want to add any rules before we start?” Grace asked, putting the bottle down in the centre and giving you one last chance to add anything.
“Is there anything we can’t dare or ask about? Like, what do you think should be off limits so someone isn’t forced to take the other option?” Emma asked, the same question lingering on your mind as well.
“...I don’t think I have anything to hide now if you give me truth but for dares… let’s say the third person not involved has the right to veto the dare if they get asked to give their opinion, like a judge. Or instead of vetoing, they can change the dare to make it less punishing” Grace suggested.
“I’ll agree to that” you added, seeing Emma shake her head as well.
“Good, anything else?” Grace asked, her hand still holding the bottle as she got ready.
You tried to think of something you could add but Grace suggesting spin the bottle was already good enough for you. You did think you’d have trouble choosing between truth or dare for her as either option was appealing but you were sure Emma was thinking along the same lines and you could split the questions between you. It did also mean that Emma was most likely going to give you a lot of dares instead though as she knew practically everything about you and you would be doing the same to her.
“I’ve got nothing to add” you admitted, happy to now get started.
“Alright then. I’m going first” Grace announced.
Grace flicked her wrist to set the bottle spinning and all three of you watched to see which of you it was going to land on. The tension was a little lower given the odds of it landing on you were much higher than a usual game of spin the bottle as it felt almost inevitable when the bottle slowed and landed closer to you than Emma.
“...Truth” you announced, wanting to start the game without being immediately thrown into a chaotic situation.
Grace took a moment to think while you reached back to take a sip from your wine, finding out it was nicer than you had expected based on the alcohols you had had small tastes of when you were younger.
“Hmm.. Oh! Have you ever thought about me before when you were masturbating?” Grace asked with a grin, starting off stronger than you would have expected.
“You're not holding back huh” you replied before actually answering.
“I…have. A lot actually.” you admitted, making both Emma and Grace lean forward as they wanted to hear more.
“And?” Emma questioned.
“Technically I’ve already answered the question but, fine. You were one of the first women to sort of spark a lot of my fantasies. I mean you did sunbathe a lot and your swimsuit was pretty revealing” you said, giving them a bit more context.
“I knew it!” Grace replied, going back into her normal sitting position with a huge smile on her face.
“You knew and let him watch?” Emma asked, curious about Grace’s answer.
You couldn’t help but want to know as well when this was definitely before the KDK ever got involved.
“There was no harm in him just looking right? If you would have ever gone further than that though then that would have been different. Well, I guess that changed now but there’s still no harm in looking” Grace teased, shaking her chest in your direction until Emma stretched out her leg to push Grace with her foot.
“Enough of that unless you wanna show me as well” Emma warned.
“...It’s your turn Max” Grace said, briefly considering Emma’s request, looking like she was going to before she stopped and just stuck out her tongue at her.
You recentred the bottle and set it spinning, waiting to see which of the two it would land on.
You couldn’t help but smile when you saw it land on Emma and she did the same, looking excited to now be involved in the game as she took a swig of her drink.
“Dare” she announced, giving you a smirk.
It was still only the start of the game and you didn’t want to get her too out of her comfort zone to start so you thought up something you would both enjoy.
“I dare you… to make out with Grace” you ordered, watching Emma’s smile get even wider.
“You can’t be dragging me into the dare like that” Grace said, not sounding completely taken aback by the dare.
“Fine, how about you have to kiss whatever part of Grace’s body she tells you to kiss?” you replied, rephrasing the question so she had a way to make it more or less intimate if she wished.
“Hmm…okay then” Grace answered, still trying to figure out where she wanted Emma to kiss her.
