Chapter 330 - What’s your wager? - The house always wins
🕑 Added 2023-05-18 17:30:19 +0000 UTCYou struggled between picking a reward for yourself that would directly benefit you or a punishment for Emma that would force her to do something. Her level 4 special item being one such option that she still hadn’t used yet.
Even if you lost, you didn’t think the risk of having to make 5 new subjects would be that much of an issue for you. You had been avoiding using it on random people just in case you got a really bad result from someone but you couldn’t just never use the KDK again. The app wanted to be used and you clearly wanted to use it in return.
“I think…” you started, pausing for dramatic effect while you tried to find the best wording for your part of the deal.
“I think you need to convince one of the subjects I already have to give me a blowjob while you are in the room. And it can’t be Sarah and… you have a 7 day deadline” you quickly added, knowing she was smart enough even before the intelligence upgrades to figure out the loopholes with your first sentence.
It wasn’t much of a punishment for her as she would surely enjoy the experience, maybe even more so than you. However, having to convince the person was what Emma considered the punishment and she clearly seemed hesitant to accept right away. That slight pause was enough for you to jump back in with another taunt.
“But you’re gonna win right? So you don’t have to worry about that if Grace has been telling the truth” you said, her worry changing to annoyance even though she knew what you were trying to do.
“Well how do we figure out if she’s lying after she comes back? She might still be telling the truth if she comes back and there's no other rooms available” Emma replied, still wanting to set the ground rules before she made a deal that she might not agree with.
“We could ask the front desk if Grace actually asked them about them about another room? Or we could ask them about the original room booking?” you suggested, Emma’s eyes drifting away from yours as she tried to think of a different idea so she didn’t have to use yours.
“How about we… dammit I can’t think of anything better than that at the moment” Emma reluctantly admitted.
You were happy with your punishment for Emma and after briefly thinking about the 5 additional subjects you might need to gather, you held out your hand for Emma to shake on the deal.
“So, you have to convince someone to give me a blowjob while you are in the room, within 7 days and it can’t be Sarah if Grace booked the room on purpose. Or 5 new subjects for me if it’s a mistake” You recapped, being specific with your wording.
Emma went to take your hand but pulled back when she reconsidered.
“And what’s your time limit on getting the subjects?” she questioned, spotting the trap.
“7 days, the same as you” you added, losing your backup option in case you didn’t manage to register enough people.
“And what about if we never find out for sure?” Emma asked.
“Well we could do both or neither of them. I’d vote for both to keep it interesting but I’ll let you have the final say” you replied, seeing Emma take a moment before she decided on you both needing to do the punishments.
Emma seemed happy to shake your hand with the extra stipulations added and now that the tension of trying to sweeten the deal for yourselves ended, you could relax and sit beside one another.
Grace had only seemed to have been gone for a few minutes before she returned, the door still unlocked and open since she had left but now she closed it behind her and made sure the latch was locked.
“I double checked with the front desk and it looks like they are fully booked on their single bedrooms. We could look into another hotel but to be honest I think we will have the same problem if this place has run out of rooms” Grace advised, both you and Emma trying to gauge her reaction.
Even with you thinking this was some sort of ploy, you thought it best to deal with the situation as if it wasn’t, trying to take advantage of what you had been given.
“That’s fine with me, I’m fine taking the sofa if you want?” you asked, putting it to Grace to agree.
“No, I can’t make you do that but… I feel like it’s a bad idea having you two in the same bed if I take it” Grace commented, scrunching her face as she tried to think of a solution.
“I’ll take the sofa!” Emma butted in, almost too eagerly for Grace’s liking.
“I’m not gonna make you take it either…” Grace said regretfully, sitting down at the side of Emma so you were all at the tail edge of the bed.
“We could all share. I know it’s a double but it seems to fit all of us” you replied, gesturing to the three of you already sat in a row.
“That…” Grace started to disagree before she stopped herself, pausing as she struggled to come up with another solution.
“... seems to be the better option even with its downsides” Grace admitted, giving you two a look that showed she was aware of what the consequences might be if you and Emma shared a bed.
She got up and turned around to stare down at the two of you, tapping her foot on the floor as she got lost in her thoughts.
“There's gonna be some ground rules but for now you two should unpack, I’m gonna go take a shower before we settle down for the night but that doesn’t mean I won’t be listening out for any funny business” she warned, pulling her case onto the bed and getting what she needed for her shower.
Grace had an extra towel in hand as well with nobody having actually gone to check what the bathroom was like yet. She didn’t seem to have any complaints from what you could hear and she soon shut the door behind her, the sound of the shower starting to run letting you and Emma have time to talk privately.
“I don’t think that told us anything” you said, Emma nodding in agreement.
“I think we are going to have to just check with whoever is on the desk tomorrow. If it’s not the same girl then maybe as we saw earlier we’ll have to try and find her to check if Grace did actually go down and check as well” Emma explained, the speed at which the suggestion came out making you think she really wanted you to get those extra subjects.
You reluctantly got up and unpacked what you had in your bag in case Grace suddenly came back out to check on either of you, joining Emma in helping her when you were finished a lot sooner.
“So what do we do now?” Emma asked, wondering if you had anything planned for the rest of the night.
