[ASMR] Lobotomizing The Bad Thoughts Away!
🕑 Added 2025-06-20 23:41:37 +0000 UTCLittle note - If you are feeling stressed/depressed/anxious/etc. I want you to really think about some of the questions I asked near the start. For me, I went a long time trying to figure out why I was feeling the way I was, but then one talk with a therapist who asked some similar questions helped me identify reasons behind how I was feeling. I just thought if anyone out there is in a similar situation, maybe taking the time to reflect could help~
2nd note - I don't want anyone to take this audio the wrong way with how I ask some genuine questions at the start, but then it transitions into a lobotomy 💀 In case anyone feels like it was a little insensitive, I just wanted it to still be fun and playful without it being too serious.
Final notes - Give me feedback on if the lobotomy section sounds are too aggressive on the ears. I can always go back and re-edit if you all want it to be a tad less rough. And also sorry, I've been doing A LOT of behind the scenes stuff this week and it's really eaten up my time. 😔 Just felt bad about not getting much out. I hope you all enjoy though. Next up on the menu will be an IRL ASMR 👉👈

Hi, Deb, thanks for thinking about our mental health. I think the audio of the lobotomy is good and liked so much the trigger you did like "skp" (don't know what you said).
