Oh also, being tired all the time could mean a couple things: 1. Maybe you are not getting enough oxygen when you sleep which makes sleep not actually restful 2. You could have adhd or a motivational mental deficiency. 3. You are having a depressive flair up I would advise asking your doctor about a sleep test or an assessment for any chemical imbalances in your brain.
