I see an A chord in the progression which is not diatonic to key of B major. Perhaps the A chord is a substitution from the mixolydian mode. I think if the song were in B mixolydian then the key signature would be same as E major. That's my best guess. I'm still trying to figure all this stuff out.

Sweet! Wouldn't this be B MixoLydian? I think I heard an A major... or would you just adjust for that flat 7 chord when it comes up and call it Bmajor?
