Lo so è quasi arrivata l'estate e noi non ci siamo più allenati per la prova costume.
Allora eccoci nuovamente insieme con una piccola sessione di ginnastica che sicuramente riattiverà tutti i nostri muscoli ed il nostro spirito.
Oggi ho dovuto sistemare il gonnellino che mi dava un pochino fastidio ma a forza di ingegnarmi sono riuscita a trovare la soluzione.
Ricordatevi che ogni esercizio va ripetuto 3 volte con una pausa di 60 secondi uno dall'altro.
Curiosi? Allora mettetevi le scarpette e l'abbigliamento che ritenete più opportuno e iniziamo.

I know summer is almost here and we haven't trained for the swimsuit season.
So here we are again together with a little gymnastics session that will surely reactivate all our muscles and our spirit.
Today I had to fix the skirt that was bothering me a little but by dint of ingenuity I managed to find the solution.
Remember that each exercise must be repeated 3 times with a 60 second break between each one.
