Dopo la trasferta sanremese, sono tornata e mi sono accorta che ho strafatto un pochino nel mangiare. Certo pesce e verdura ci sono state ma forse qualche pizza e fritto di troppo; per cui cosa posso fare?

Ho ripreso l'allenamento con il personal dopo una settimana ed è stata dura; certo diciamo che allenarmi con voi è una altra cosa, più divertente.
Così mi sono messa il completo e utilizzando qualche attrezzo, ho iniziato a fare qualche esercizio per rimettere in movimento il metabolismo.
Voi siete pronti per allenarvi con me?

After the trip to Sanremo, I came back and I realized that I overdid it a little bit. Sure, there was fish and vegetables, but maybe a little too much pizza and fried food; so what can I do?

I started training again with the personal trainer after a week and it was hard; of course, let's say that training with you is something else, more fun.
So I put on my suit and using some equipment, I started doing some exercises to get my metabolism moving again.
