Buona domenica a voi, oggi un pò piovosa e allora cosa fare se non allenarci insieme?
Iniziamo così il primo allenamento del 2025 in vista dell'estate che in un attimo sarà alle porte e anche per togliere qualche chiletto che abbiamo accumulato nelle feste natalizie.

Al termine, sarei curiosa di avere un feedback su questo allenamento; se vi è piaciuto, cosa vorreste potenziare e di conseguenza quali esercizi vi piacerebbe fare o ancora se avete qualche suggerimento su quale tipo di ginnastica svolgere nelle prossime sessioni.
Inutile dire che se aveste voglia di condividere con me i vostri allenamenti qui, ne sarei molto fiera.

Happy Sunday to you, today it's a bit rainy so what to do if not train together?
So let's start the first training of 2025 in view of the summer that will be upon us in a moment and also to lose a few kilos that we accumulated during the Christmas holidays.
