CLEANING SPA .. waiting LIVE Tomorrow at 21:30

oggi vi porto con me in Spa per le pulizie in quanto il martedi è giorno di chiusura. C'è sempre molto lavoro da fare nel controllare che tutto sia a posto prima che arrivino i clienti nei giorni di apertura. Zona massaggi, zono idromassaggio che va pulito e sanificato ogni giorno ed ancora la sauna dove tutto l'occorrente per l'aufguss deve essere in ordine e a portata di mano.
Diciamo che la palestra del mattino ogni tanto mi lascia qualche strascico di dolorino ala schiena ( dato che quando cambio scheda gli esercizi sono più difficili) ma oggi mi rilasso un pò sui lettini con le lampade ad infrarosso che mi scaldano e poi la biosauna che con gli infrarossi anche qui nella schiena, mi sciolgono un pò la muscolatura.
Anche perchè altrimenti come farò a fare la nostra sessione di ginnastica?
Purtroppo devo fare dei cambiamenti anche perchè mi avete chiesto di cercare un posto all'aperto per poterla fare, per cui in montagna questo week end cercherò un fiume o un bosco dove allenarmi.
Nel frattempo ci vediamo domani sera con la nostra live alle 21:30 per Grandi Cuculi dove parleremo di naturismo con i nostri ospiti e patreon.

Hi Patreon how are you?
Today I'll take you with me to the Spa for cleaning as Tuesday is closed. There is always a lot of work to do in checking that everything is in order before customers arrive on opening days. Massage area, hydromassage area which must be cleaned and sanitized every day and also the sauna where everything needed for the aufguss must be in order and within reach.
Let's say that the gym in the morning every now and then leaves me with some after-effects of pain in my back (since when I change schedule the exercises are more difficult) but today I relax a bit on the beds with the infrared lamps that warm me up and then the biosauna which with the infrared also here on my back, loosens my muscles a little.
Also because otherwise how will I be able to do our gym session?
Unfortunately I have to make some changes also because you asked me to look for an outdoor place to do it, so in the mountains this weekend I will look for a river or a forest to train in.
In the meantime, see you tomorrow evening with our live show at 9.30pm for Grandi Cuculi where we will park naturism with our guests and patreon.
