Today I propose you to try some abs; I try to make them in one of those benches that are also sold on TV where everything seems very simple, but I assure you it is not.
Last week my ex-intern brought it to me and showed me how to use it.
I then continued to do the exercises and I hope that now the weather is turning to the good, to be able to use it more often.
