Ciao miei Patreon,
vi auguro un buon inizio del mese di Aprile.
Non vi faccio nessun "pesce di aprile" ( è usato anche all'estero questa tradizione di fare gli scherzi il 1 Aprile?), ma bensì ho un weekend lavorativo iniziato ieri sera con la presentazione di un nuovo distretto del cibo della frutta che coinvolge ben 45 comuni.
A parte ciò, purtroppo non mi sono più dedicata a me ed alla ginnastica anche se mi ero riproposta di essere più costante, proprio per un mio benessere.
Detto ciò ho riniziato lentamente provando a fare una sessione di PILATES.
E' stato carino anche se pensavo meno faticoso.

I wish you a good start of the month of April.
I'm not giving you any "April fools" (is this tradition of pranking on April 1st also used abroad?), but rather I have a working weekend that started yesterday evening with the presentation of a new fruit food district that involves 45 municipalities.
Apart from that, unfortunately I no longer dedicated myself to gymnastics, even though I set out to be more constant, precisely for my own well-being.
Having said that I started slowly trying to do a PILATES session.
It was nice even if I thought it was less tiring.
