START SWIM ACTIVITY
🕑 Added 2019-10-17 13:00:03 +0000 UTCHi my Patreons finally after having told you that I would start dedicating more to my physical health, I started yesterday going to the pool to swim.
How did it go? To be the first time in different time, I would say pretty well and overcome the initial lack of breath, I would say that I am satisfied with this beginning. So with your encouragement and help, we will reach the next beautiful season in great shape; down the belly, firm up the buttocks and arms and with the help of maybe a balanced diet, we will make progress all together (allow me this "plural maiestatis"). However today I feel in great shape and next week we start to keep track of progress, through weight and measures to keep under control of you patreons.
IT:
Come è andata?
